About Caston Mundondo

Caston Mundondo was born in Chiredzi, Zimbabwe, and grew up in Muzarabani. By age twelve, he had lost both parents and was herding cattle before school each morning.

In a harvested field, he made a promise to his best friend, Kudakwashe: "One day I will come back here driving my own car." Kudakwashe laughed — not cruelly, but honestly. He never saw the car. Cancer took him first.

Twenty years later, Caston lives and works in Doha, Qatar. The Internal Trinity is the framework he built from that journey — a map for anyone standing in their own field, wondering if the distance is crossable.

This is his first book.
